I reached out to Tina when I had to sell my childhood home, I Explained to her how very emotional it was for me to do so. My mom had that house for 56 years. She jumped right in gave me an appraisal and showed me comps in the area. Very fair market price, then she gave me other options to make it an easier transition due to my situation. She researched and gave me many more options, She gave me all the knowledge for each option ..all the good and all the bad. If not for Tina's compassion and knowledge that she shown for me, I would not have known what the best options, but with Tina's knowledge it ended up being the best for our family it turned out it was the best option. As hard as it was to let go of my mommy's house. .She knew how much that house meant to me and let us come and see the new construction that was being done ,,and she let us see mommy's house before it went on the open market. I have to admit, I would call Tina after hours with stupid questions. And she would always reply with the answers in a timely manner for that I will always be grateful to one compassionate knowledgeable agent.
