Wendy went above and beyond to prepare the house to show. I was totally hands off in the process. She coordinated all the contents removal and any small repairs that were needed. She actually did a lot of cleaning herself! Wendy knew what needed to be done to show the house and got on things quick. She's definitely not a procrastinator that's for sure! She did in 3 weeks what would take me 3 months! I can't thank her enough.

Tony is extremely knowledgeable about the home and it’s history not to mention the area we bought. He helped us navigate through an auction which we had no knowledge of. Time had many suggestions about renovations that would make our home more valuable. He was there for us through every step. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
