We met Melissa showing our dream home after 6 long months of searching. We loved the house and didn’t know how to sell our house and buy the new one in this crazy market. On a Friday night we told her we wanted our dream house, and by Saturday morning she had us in the house and preparing our offer. That same day, her team was at our (previous) home to prepare it for sale. It took one week to fix up, and sold the very next weekend, maybe 48 hours on the market. Melissa was knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive throughout this process that we knew nothing about. Because she works as part of an amazing team, she was able to quickly and effectively help us with every aspect of selling our house to buy our forever home. Lauri was amazing, she was there for every little question we had. Lauri always went out of her way to make sure that we had all the available information we needed to address any short comings that we saw and those we didn't see, in both the financial and construction phases of our new home. Every single part of my experience was positive. Andrea went above and beyond at every stage from discussing my needs, looking at homes, meeting with builders, comparing different parts of Lewes, participating in the design session for my new home, taking pictures during the build, moving items out of the garage due to a mistake by the PM when a contractor came to do some work, and lending me an air mattress when my bed wasn't delivered in time. I'm sure I missed a few things but you should get the point. Andrea was fantastic!

We were looking at another house to buy and she gave me a dollar amount that she said was a really good price. The seller wanted a whole lot more in the end. They sold it for just a little bit above what she thought was a fair price and the only reason why they went with someone else that was they did not want away from me to sell my house.
