Tom is the best. I will not buy or sell another house without using him as my agent. Tom values his customer's satisfaction above all else. As a seller, Tom was great at explaining the process as well as identifying and addressing issues prior to listing and throughout the sales process. I could not be happier with the result. As a buyer, I continue to use Tom to look for properties and hope to buy with him soon. He is frank and knowledgeable about each home we visit, and identifies potential issues with homes that the customer might not appreciate. He looks out for his customers.
