A couple of things were identified in the home inspection and he not only set up contractors for estimates but followed through after settlement to make sure the work was done correctly. We were looking at another house to buy and she gave me a dollar amount that she said was a really good price. The seller wanted a whole lot more in the end. They sold it for just a little bit above what she thought was a fair price and the only reason why they went with someone else that was they did not want away from me to sell my house. My experience with Rachel was nothing short of amazing. Rachel is so knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire first time homebuyer process so smooth. Rachel was extremely responsive and understanding through the entire process, including preapproval, touring, offer negotiation, and inspection/repair negotiations.
