He was always on time, honest with his feedback, and provided clear guidance at every step. When issues came up during the sale, he kept pushing forward and helped navigate them professionally and effectively. He was available during the week and even on weekends, and he went above and beyond by personally helping with some of the repairs and response that were unreasonable. His advice on which repairs would provide the best return on investment, his network of people to work with was extremely valuable and helped me make smart decisions. I cannot speak more highly of Erica she is by far the best agent we have ever delt with. , Erica is always available , even if she was with a client or driving you will get a response either it will be a text letting you know she will call you back or she takes the call every time.
