We could not have asked for nor received better care with our first listing/sale, and she made what initially seemed like a daunting process a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. So much so, that when we were ready to list a family home several months later, she was our first call, without hesitation. Gina and Michelle really dug in and made us feel like we were their most important clients from the initial plan of attack prior to listing, right through the ultimate sale and beyond. We were frequently updated with any news and developments, always received immediate, thoughtful responses to our questions, and always got expert and professional counsel. From our perspective, the Cockerille Team worked seamlessly to make sure that we not only presented the best sales campaign, but that we also found the right buyer and deal for our needs. We had full faith and trust in the sales strategy, and in the end, the results far exceeded our expectations - we could not have had a better (or honestly, more fun!) seller experience. Gina and Michelle are the consummate professionals, and our only regret is that we don't have another home to sell through them (they really ARE that great to work with!). We'd give this review 10 stars, but we're capped at 5 - absolutely THE BEST!!!

Jessica is an awesome agent! She is knowledgeable, professional, and knows how to get things done. She answered all our concerns and put us in touch with great people to get the deal done. We were out of state buyers without much knowledge of the area. The property we were buying was a bit of an unusual purchase. Jessica made the deal go through while making us feel comfortable and knowledgeable about our purchase. Plus she’s just a joy to work with personally.
