Responded promptly, excellent contacts and guidance, trustworthy - always felt she was protecting my interests. Perfect agent if you are aggressively searching for a home. Excellent eye when touring a home - expresses concerns when valid and provides great insight on houses' potential. Gains a quick understanding of what the buyer wants and doesn't try to "sell" clients on a property that is not a good fit. Definitely keep doing independent searches because the MLS won't show everything and sometimes lags. The agent is most important for the negotiation portion of the deal and the contracts/documents. Though you may wind up finding something you like on your own, Dianne is great at researching a property and comparisons, being honest about what it's worth, and helping you make a strong offer.

Working with Dianne was an absolute pleasure! Her experienced insights into the real estate market gave us confidence in our investment. Her genuine approach in making us feel comfortable in the entire nerve racking process of buying a home made it stress-free. Since we were buying a newly constructed home, she guided us diligently through the process and extended her expertise with minute details which we overlooked. She made sure that nothing was left unchecked by the builders from the beginning to the end. If you’re looking for a phenomenal experienced agent who understands the local market and will guide you through every detail, look no further! We highly recommend her!

Dianne came prepared with market research to provide a recommendation on the listing price. She kept communication open for when open houses would be scheduled, feedback, and on any offers that were on the table. She was knowledgeable and able to help guide decisions/explain each type of offer.
