Wendy went above and beyond to prepare the house to show. I was totally hands off in the process. She coordinated all the contents removal and any small repairs that were needed. She actually did a lot of cleaning herself! Wendy knew what needed to be done to show the house and got on things quick. She's definitely not a procrastinator that's for sure! She did in 3 weeks what would take me 3 months! I can't thank her enough.
