Talia wis a delight to work with. I worked with her once in the past and though we didn’t land a purchase then, I knew I’d work with her again. She is diligent , knowledgeable and resourceful. She understands the process inside and out and pretty much held my hand along the way. The experience wasn’t like working with a realtor, it was more like working with a friend.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

We worked with Mike to sell our home and buy a new home, and we had a great experience. Mike listened and understood what we wanted, even when we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. He really understands the housing market and how to help Buyers and Sellers. His anaylsis of pricing and market trends was always on point. He knew the value of our house and got us an amazing price. We had many questions, and he was always patient and understanding. Mike is down to earth, funny, kind, and an overall joy to work with!
