Our experience was so good with her and she is a kind hearted lady

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Kate! She made my entire home-buying experience fun, smooth, and stress-free.
