Everything I asked for he delivered with a great attitude. I would definitely reach out to him again if I am looking for a real estate agent.

Pat is really terrific! I was no longer living in the area, and Pat did a lot of the on the ground legwork needed to sell a home. Filed forms with the town, dealt with the homeowners association, replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, etc. They just don’t get any better than Pat.
