Kara is an amazing realtor. I'm so happy I chose her to help me sell my home. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and was always their to answer all the questions I had. I'm looking forward to working with her again in the future when I buy my next home. I highly recommend her if your planning on buying or selling a home.

I would definitely use Kara again if I ever buy or sell a house again, she is more like a friend than just a business partner! She made the whole process proceed with ease and no stress!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Kara!!!! From day one, she was professional and so knowledgeable, but also so friendly and made us feel like family right away. We have worked with Kara for a lonnnnng time during our buying and selling process and she has been more patient than we ever deserved!!! There were days when I'd send her multiple questions or requests and she was immediately on it, if not within the hour. She spent her nights, weekends, and days making sure we felt like her only clients and absolutely the top priority, not only in her business, but in her life! When we were moving out of our house, we were so overwhelmed and MULTIPLE times, Kara came over during off hours, hours she'd normally spend with her family, to help us pack or clean things up. She went above and beyond, truly. Kara has always made sure we felt heard and has bent over backwards to get us to where we are today. We will NEVER use anyone else!!!

Kara was excellent. I will highly recommend her she is smart, patient, and she has great people skills. Kara knows real state inside and out. With her help, we purchased the best house at the right price. I was a complicated customer but she was very patient understood my needs, gave me a list of properties the fit my requirements and helped me and my family to choose the best one for us.

I was a first time home buyer and knew nothing at all about any process of this. She helped me through it all explained it in a way I would understand she was so caring and sweet and very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She took me around to show me houses so I could just see what’s on the market. She found me and my daughter our forever home in the most amazing little town I never would of thought of moving here if it wasn’t for her and I never would of found my home I can’t thank her enough for all she did and anytime I need to ask her something or wanted to see a house she was so quick with answering and getting us showings for the house. If you ever need someone to work with I would only recommend her she treats you like a person and cares about finding you what you want not just throwing you into a house that’s not perfect for you and takes the time to get to know you. Wishing my family and I could rate Kara higher than just a 5 because that truthfully isnt high enough! Kara answered all of questions while doing an amazing job guiding us around realator/real estate lingo and through the home buying process. Each person she referred us to from the lender to the inspector was as kind and professional as she is! She did everything in her power to make the entire process as seamless as possible.
