Very great first home buying experience I would really love to do it again and again

Monica was referred to me by a friend after she worked with another agent at her office. Monica was very knowledgeable about the area(s) I was house hunting in as well as the first time home buyer program, NACA, that I was attempting to use to purchase my home. She gave me a lot of insight and feed back on properties that I would request to view. She was also very well organized and was quick with responses for the agents within NACA that would request additional information. I always felt well informed during every step of the purchase process from viewing to the offer to inspection(s) to closing. I highly recommend Monica as an agent!

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
