In our experiences of home buying John Jacobs was by far the best realtor we’ve ever had. He was always on time, very knowledgeable about the house we went to see, and the neighborhood too. My wife and I were very impressed on how much he cared about us. John found us a great home in a wonderful neighborhood. We give John a score of A+++👏

Made the process quick and easy.

Today, I had the pleasure of closing on my real estate transaction, which was expertly handled by Agent Jewel Lerums. When I began considering another property purchase in Philadelphia, I was hesitant and unsure. I thought through several agents I knew, but ultimately chose Jewel—despite never having met her in person. Her professionalism during our initial phone conversation immediately reassured me that I had made the right choice. She approaches her work with a commitment that extends far beyond the pursuit of a commission. She embodies respect, compassion, integrity, and a strong customer‑first mindset. Meeting Jewel in person at the closing only confirmed what I already felt, her presence was warm and familiar, as though we had known each other for decades. She has earned my loyalty, and I am grateful to have found an agent of her caliber.

We started working with Joe as an Appraiser for land we inherited after my Father's passing then we listed with him when we were ready to sell. He helped us create a minor subdivision which netted us more profit and got us top dollar for another farm. He is very knowledgeable (I am a NC Realtor), I was very impressed with his full service and highly recommend him for your Real Estate needs.

Martina is very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. She was so understanding to what I was looking for and got the job done right. She is beyond amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who is ready to purchase a house.
