We bought a vacation home with Marlene a few years ago and when a house came on the market that was too good to pass up, we knew we had to talk to Marlene. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and the market is amazing. Plus, she is incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed, always taking the time to answer our questions. She is also very responsive-any time we needed her, she was there. There were a few times that the seller’s agent offered opinions or tried to negotiate without even consulting with the seller and Marlene handled all of it with grace, always thinking of our best interest. Brendan Crotty is an awesome and helpful real estate agent! He carefully selected homes for us that had our wish list items and within our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable when we had questions (which we had a lot of)! Throughout the entire home search and buying process he was always accommodating with our crazy schedule for home showings. We will definitely use Brendan Crotty again when we look to move into another home. He is the best!

Pat is really terrific! I was no longer living in the area, and Pat did a lot of the on the ground legwork needed to sell a home. Filed forms with the town, dealt with the homeowners association, replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, etc. They just don’t get any better than Pat.

From beginning to end, Jen kept me informed. Communication was easy, I never felt that I was bothering her. She was honest and forthcoming with her knowledge of the area. My home was priced competitively, as was shown by a multitude of offers within days of listing. After that, Jen helped me understand the pros and cons of each offer.
