If she didn’t know it Rachel had no problem saying so and then taking the time to research. If my husband and I needed a certain time, she did her best to rearrange her schedule to meet our needs! Not only that she made the experience personal took the extra few moments to see how we were doing and inquire about our little ones and their well being.
