Michael sold mom's home quickly. The issue that required care and persistence and professionalism was the transfer of the title and deed to the property. There were lingering issues with the estate but Michael knew how to deal with them. He also managed to keep the buyers fully atuned to what was going on, which necessitated a month delay in closing.
