I can't imagine having gone through the home buying process for the first time with anyone other than Jess. Jess was patient, informed, and willing to look at all types of homes until I figured out what was best for me. She was good at asking me what I liked and disliked about each property that we viewed which was a huge help in keeping things in persepctive. I may fall in love with a house because it has beautiful wood floors, but let's not forget the basement that's straight out of a horror movie when making major life decisions! I never felt pressured to make a decision, hurry up, or not take a second look at a place I was unsure about. Jess was patient with me as I spent forever reviewing every word of the paperwork and was able to answer any questions I had about the process or what I needed to do next. Another quality I appreciated was her ability to understand what she may not know or be entirely sure about, go find the answer and immediately follow up with me once she had. I would reccomend her to a friend, without hesitation.

We’d been struggling to find a house for years before we were connected to Lauri. She is different; she is patient and willing to help you out, she is supportive and positive, never backing down because the search is taking awhile. My partner and I both work weird schedules, and Lauri is flexible.
