Mary worked with us for several months, preparing our home for sale as well as searching for a new home in the area. While our plans have changed and we have decided not to sell our current home this year, we could not recommend Mary more highly. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Mary walked us through our own home identifying changes and improvements to present our home at its best. She was equally helpful when showing us houses to buy, making sure to point out the presence or absence of features specific to our needs. Mary was very patient and encouraging as our search location and requirements changed throughout the process. When we do finally move ahead with the sale of our home, we will definitely list with Mary.
