Positive experience
When Brian came by to sell our house, he was very positive and knowledgeable about what to expect. I didn't t realize that my house was his first house he would be selling. Brian took a lot of time to review the contracts and explained in detail what each section meant. If he didn't have the answer he made sure he found it. And in a timely manner. Brian, gave us suggestions to improve the homes appearance, to help the house sell faster. Well, within the first 12 hours we had an offer, above asking. Brian even helped fix a small detail to pass inspection. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
