A Wonderful Person to Work With

Dennis was an absolute joy to work with. Despite an extremely frustrating housing market, Denny was always upbeat and positive about helping us to find a house even when it seemed like our wants for the house might have been out of reach. If we ever have to go through buying a house again (which hopefully we won't) we would definitely want to work with Dennis, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a house. He looks out for his clients the same way a parent would look after their children, and I am so happy that we have the opportunity to get to meet him and get to know him.

Seller of 1033 Chelmsford Drive, Mechanicsburg

Knows Her Stuff!

I have known Ruth for many years. Who knew that during the sale of our home that had solar panels on it, that they would have been the drawback to so many people. We worked and she worked to answer all the questions, and yet still we had to remove the panels. Ruth did her market comps and we hoped it would have gone for more—and it would have without the panels. Things we learn…… It took a while, but the sale was done, Ruth was diligent about all the smaller items and things that we may have forgotten. As a buyer and seller herself, she is able to see both sides of the coin, and that knowledge was hugely instrumental.
