Jamie was recommended to me years ago when I bought my first house. She was fantastic then, so it was a no-brainer that I go with her when I needed to sell the house. Jamie very clearly explained the selling process and terminology, patiently answered questions, and helped me expertly stage my home. Staging was A LOT of work, but I came to see the value in it after I saw the listing photos--and especially as I shopped for a house in another state and sometimes would say, "They didn't have Jamie as a realtor!" when I saw a house that could have looked better!
