We met Devin by chance because he was the buyers agent for the house next door to my aunts house that we were getting ready to go on the market. We stopped him out of the blue and invited him to tour the house. When he met with us the first time he explained the process and what his firm could do to get the house sold quickly. His professionalism, communication, negotiation skills, and overall expertise was top notch. He surely knows his stuff and if he doesn’t he gets the answers. I truly appreciated him and his team to help sell my aunts house in a very timely manner and getting us the most money despite the obstacles with our house; as the house to one side of ours had just sold and the other one just hit the market right before ours that was just renovated top to bottom. If I had another house to sell in NC, I would use him and his team.
