I worked with Trenton both when buying and later selling home, and honestly I can’t imagine having done it without him. When I bought the place, he helped me get it at a really solid price and was very straightforward about what was worth negotiating and what wasn’t. He never pushed me to overbid or rush decisions, and he was always quick to answer questions, even small ones. When it was time to sell, that’s where he really stood out. Trenton personally helped coordinate repairs, found reliable contractor, and handled a lot of back-and-forth so I didn’t have to. There were multiple things that came up along the way, and he stayed on top of all of them, kept me updated, and made sure nothing slipped. It felt like he treated the transaction as if it were his own house.

BJ was able to get the house sold but I feel like he was doing more for the buyer rather than me. He was lobbying for a new roof for the buyer when he was told the roof was less than 2 years old. Also, he waited until I ask for more time to get my stuff out to inform me that it was a mail off and wouldn’t fund at closing. He also ask that the buyer be allowed to move in and keep our homeowners insurance before we received the money.
