Thank you for your feedback. I understand that this transaction became stressful at times, and I appreciate the opportunity to represent you through the sale of your home.
Throughout the process, my goal was to advocate for your interests while helping navigate the issues that arose during the transaction. Regarding the roof concerns, I relied on the opinions and documentation provided by licensed inspectors and contractors, as I am not a roofing expert myself. Once additional professionals evaluated the roof and provided differing opinions, we continued working toward a resolution that protected your position and kept the transaction moving forward.
In regard to the funding timeline, I communicated the update to you as soon as I received confirmation from the closing parties involved. Unfortunately, the timing of fund disbursement was dependent on the buyer’s sale and lender processes, which were outside of my control.
As for the request for early occupancy, my role was simply to relay the buyer’s request to you and communicate your decision back to the other side. I fully respected and supported your preference that possession not occur until funding was complete.
I’m sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, but I remain grateful for the opportunity to work with you and wish you all the best moving forward.
