BJ was able to get the house sold but I feel like he was doing more for the buyer rather than me. He was lobbying for a new roof for the buyer when he was told the roof was less than 2 years old. Also, he waited until I ask for more time to get my stuff out to inform me that it was a mail off and wouldn’t fund at closing. He also ask that the buyer be allowed to move in and keep our homeowners insurance before we received the money.

The agent reached out to me,to see if I had taken my home off the market, if it had sold or not. I responded it hadn't. I told him yes I still was interested in putting the home back on the market. Mr. Clark was open about what he could do. His personality was very upbeat,he explained everything. He was very knowledgeable in the selling of my home.He got to work quickly, my home was sold in a month time. Where as previously it had been on the market for eight and half months with no tangible hits. His experience and knowledge what the buyer and seller wanted was the factor that stood out to me to meet the needs for me and my family.He always had a positive attitude that my house would be sold, he was very dedicated to getting it sold. He did not waste anytime taking care to get it sold,in which he did. I would recommend him to all of my friends whether they are in the market to sell or buy.
