It was hard to understand the whole concept of selling and buying houses. Not really understanding how the process worked, Mike was very knowledgeable on explaining the step process on selling our house before we can purchase our new home. It was hard to say the least, although Mike kept insuring us that we will be okay with everything amd he was right. It took longer then we wanted but again Mike explained why things were going at that pace. We needed to sell our house prior on buying our next home which made thing so hard to deal with. But overall Mike did a great job and keeping us updated with everything.
