Mike was easy to work with and very responsive at every step of the process. I thought that selling my father-in-law's house in Chicago from 2,000 miles away in Nevada would be tricky, not so! We discovered Mike online and chose him to both buy and sell our homes. Our first visit with Mike was in mid January, 2026 in between that time and April 3, 2026, we bought, sold, closed on both homes, and moved into our new home. Mike was very responsive and he communicated quickly by phone, text, and email. He always maintained an even demeanor and openly shared ideas and recommendations upon request. Mike knows the western suburbs extremely well and you can tell him to give you an accurate appraisal on your home since he was previously an appraiser.

We love Mike! He was extremely helpful and did things we asked right away. He set up visits the next day after we contacted him. He knew the Naperville and surrounding areas and the good and not so good neighborhoods. All around, there's nothing that we would change about our dealings with him. Not pushy at all. He's the best!!!!!!

It was hard to understand the whole concept of selling and buying houses. Not really understanding how the process worked, Mike was very knowledgeable on explaining the step process on selling our house before we can purchase our new home. It was hard to say the least, although Mike kept insuring us that we will be okay with everything amd he was right. It took longer then we wanted but again Mike explained why things were going at that pace. We needed to sell our house prior on buying our next home which made thing so hard to deal with. But overall Mike did a great job and keeping us updated with everything.
