Let me start by saying that I have a unique work schedule and La'Deana was able to communicate with me without any issues. La'Deana really adapted to my availability and was able to get ahold of me whether it was during work hours and even late at night after my work shift was complete. La'Deana also kept me in the loop of things in regards to conversations with the listing agent as well as pertinent conversations with both attorneys. In working with La'Deana we were able to quickly identify a home in a great area and she successfully negotiated savings for myself once at the closing table. Esmeralda was extremely responsive and professional. She assisted me with the sale of a family home in Chicago. Not only did she help me get the price I was hoping for, but she assisted every step of the way. This was very helpful to me as I live out of state. The sale happened in December and heavy snowfall hit while we were in the final stages of the process. Esmeralda went to the house and shoveled the snow around the property so the buyer could have easy access during the inspection.
