Let me start by saying that I have a unique work schedule and La'Deana was able to communicate with me without any issues. La'Deana really adapted to my availability and was able to get ahold of me whether it was during work hours and even late at night after my work shift was complete. La'Deana also kept me in the loop of things in regards to conversations with the listing agent as well as pertinent conversations with both attorneys. In working with La'Deana we were able to quickly identify a home in a great area and she successfully negotiated savings for myself once at the closing table. This was my 6th transaction with La'Deana and I'm ecstatic that we were quickly able to get my "forever home" in a market with minimal inventory!!!

I've now worked with La'Deana Hilley on 5 real estate transactions and I've been pleased and very happy in using her services. All transactions with La'Deana are ones whereas I learned a lot as she keeps you in the loop with every step of the way whether you are buying or selling!!! She communicates very well and adapts to your schedule which is a huge plus as I do not work the typical work schedule.
