I was fortunate to work with her on both the buyer and seller side and can confidently say she is top notch. On the buyer side, Taylor collaborated with the lender to quickly put together the best offer to get us to the top of 27 others! The selling agent said she did an incredible job and "negotiated this exactly how she needed to to get you this house". The selling side was met with every challenge, delay, and complexity that one could possibly encounter when selling a home and Taylor was one step ahead of everyone throughout the entire process. She was professional while demanding answers from the buyers' side and was able to thoroughly articulate the pros and cons of every decision that needed to be made. She communicated every step of the way and consistently made sure all parties were properly informed and single handedly kept the deal together- while keeping me calm throughout the process. Taylor is a gem and I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy and/or sell.

Mary Ellen was wonderful!
