Amy was very helpful in explaining the market conditions, comps, and timeline for the sale of my home. She was able to get the property under contract in less than a week. She worked with a professional photographer to get great pictures for our listing and was thorough in researching with the town, putting together the contract, and followed up quickly with the multiple offers we received. She was also our agent in the purchase of our new property and was very patient as we seemingly viewed endless properties to find our new forever home. She gave us great information on how to position our offers in this challenging market and did an amazing job of putting together full profiles on the properties we wanted to view (including town registration info, permit details, comps, and details gleaned from discussions with the seller's agent). It really helped us to position ourselves well when we made our offers. While we did lose out on a few great properties due to the insanity of the market (houses going 60-100k over ask), we ultimately found and won the best property in the best location for our family. Our 5 year old also adores her, so that puts her over the top.
