With Greg’s professional background as a building developer he was able to quickly point out areas of concern with many homes we looked at. We as buyers became more knowledgeable about framing, windows, siding etc. by the time we found our new home. Everyone seems to know Greg and with that comes a level of recognition red carpet treatment from other agents around the coast of Connecticut. We were often able to tour homes before anyone else. The home we eventually fell in love with hadn’t even gone on the public market yet and if it did my wife and I feel as if we wouldn’t have had a fighting chance with all the competitiveness at this time. Greg was always available by phone or email, day or night. He is hard working and doesn’t seem to stop. We loved that about him. Anyone who gives Greg a chance will notice that he doesn’t sugar coat anything and would rather tell you how it is and not just what you want to hear.
