Ward was exceptional on every aspect from the beginning to the end. He knew when would be a good time to list it, and showed the house beautifully with the pictures that were just blooming in the spring. The open house was so easy because he did everything when we were on vacation, and we could trust him 100 percent. He was excellent negotiating with multiple offers, and let us know everything. I can’t say enough about Ward. We are so fortunate to have had him for the 3rd house that we’ve sold. I would t want anyone else. He is the best!
