John sold my family home of 17 years and found me my next one. It was a 2 year process starting with input on what to do to freshen up and stage my home. He waited a year for me to list but looked at houses with and for me until I was ready to make the move. John worked his tail off on the buy side since I am wheelchair-bound and my needs are unusual. He learned what worked and didn't, scouted houses for me constantly, and used our phones' video chat to show me homes to see if I should go see them myself. He pushed me in a wheelchair, helped carry it and me up stairs to get me into houses, and was a great sounding board. I highly recommend John!
