My home was not the easiest type of home to sell. It was an older home and Kerri put me in contact with great people to fix what was needed in order to get the home ready to go on the market. We also had a great photographer who really showed off the homes character and had a great ariel pic. After some negotiations Kerri was able to get a price that I was happy with. We wanted to see a house right there and then so we clicked on Sharon's name - "I'll be there in an hour" she said. It was at that moment that we fired our other two agents and began our journey with Sharon. I have never in my life dealt with an agent that is as dedicated and attentive as her. Even with the multitude of clients she has, even though her cell-phone rings every 5 minutes, she will not hesistate to drop everything to better serve you and find you what you need. We told her "We want ______" and she said "Okay, got it." From putting in an offer to keys in-hand, it was 13 days. We barely lifted a finger. Did I mention that we bought our new house $90k /under/ listing price? What about that she sold our other home $70k /over/ market value? If you're buying or selling and you're not doing so with Sharon, you're messing up. She is not just an agent and a bad@$$, she is a friend.
