Melodye was an absolute pleasure to work with and made it an easy process for my husband and I as first time home buyers. Melodye was always available for us when we had questions and was extremely responsive. Easy to work with, very knowledgeable and personable, Melodye guided us through every step of the process to help us find the perfect home. We would highly recommend Melodye for anyone!

If you are looking for an agent to help with buying (and selling), look no further. Roseann is THE one to go to. We looked at houses for over a year until we found the right one, and not only was she actively sending us the opportunities as they were coming to market (sometimes even before they became public, she is well connected), she had the patience to really understand what we were looking for, and she did not hesitate to give us remarkable insights on whether the houses were "worth" what they were listed for, and considering the current market, what would be the right offer to make. Her negotiations skills are on point as well, and it helps that she knows a lot of the realtors, so she can connect very quickly with listing agents and make offers or get feedback. She will for sure be our go to agent if we ever sell our house and buy another one.

Richard helped me and my wife prepare our first home for sale while searching for a new home. We then worked with him to purchase a new home and then started parallel pathing the sale of our old home. He has great connections with contractors, lawyers, and any other vendor you may need when selling or purchasing a new home.
