Carole moved to Stamford, CT 35 years ago. After growing up in Manhattan, the chance for more space appealed to her. For the first few years, she continued to commute to NYC for her job in marketing, utilizing her BBA from GWU. Wanting a change, she attended culinary school and opened and successfully ran her own catering company while she and her husband raised their two sons. The detailed food preparation focus and client contact that she gained perfectly prepared her for her career as a Realtor. Carole specializes in first time home buyers because of her patience as well as attention to detail and willingness to calmly help clients navigate through all aspects of their purchase. She offers the same calm approach to sellers to ensure a seamless transaction during this often stressful and emotional transition.
In addition to residential property, investment properties are a passion for Carole. She and her husband own their own commercial building in Stamford and she loves the thrill of the hunt for great real estate investments for her clients. Her analytical skills help her find properties that match her clients’ financial goals. She analyzes options for CAP, NOI, and cash on cash returns while also being a resource to help navigate zoning and building regulations.
Don’t let Carole’s calm and unflappable demeanor lead you to think that she doesn’t get things done. In one week she heard herself described as “pushy, but in a nice way” and took it as a high compliment.
For all of her clients, the association doesn’t end when the deal closes. She is always available as a resource for their needs, whether a recommendation for a great painter or a new restaurant.
When Carole isn’t focused on real estate she is helping run her family’s brewpub in Ashland, OR, working as an active member of the board in charge of rebuilding Stamford’s animal shelter, playing mahjong, and reading.
