When there was a property we would visit, she always arrived early and surveyed the scene, explored the surroundings, and asked numerous questions of the seller and their agent, often discovering facts which were difficult to elicit or notice. We were able to find the right place for us, and she made sure to have the seller do the necessary repairs before closing. She knows the market well and is a valuable resource.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and micro markets within Newtown. She did a great job marketing our house, hosing multiple open houses, and sending email campaigns to prospects in the NYC area.
