I can't say enough good things about Jackie! She went above and beyond in helping us get our house ready for sale, giving us advice on everything from updates to invest in and how best to stage the house. For outside work that needed to be done, she always had a long list of excellent contractors who helped with repairs. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and micro markets within Newtown. She did a great job marketing our house, hosing multiple open houses, and sending email campaigns to prospects in the NYC area. She was very responsive whenever we had a question or needed to discuss something. We were very happy with everything she did for us.

We were faced with: (1) purchasing our new residence in an extremely short time frame; (2) preparing our prior residence of 30 years for sale; and (3) listing and selling that prior residence, all within a 90 day time frame; we could not have done so without Jackie's unflagging assistance, perceptive advice, and constant presence throughout both the purchase and sale process.
