Katie was extremely helpful in every step of the selling process. It was an estate. She helped me find services that helped me get the property ready for sale. I also had a long process with probate court. She helped me understand that process. I was a complete novice, and the lawyer was not very clear. Any question I had, she either knew the answer or got back to me quickly. She was a total professional but made me feel like family. It is a pretty unique skill.

Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located.
