Katie was extremely helpful in every step of the selling process. It was an estate. She helped me find services that helped me get the property ready for sale. I also had a long process with probate court. She helped me understand that process. I was a complete novice, and the lawyer was not very clear. Any question I had, she either knew the answer or got back to me quickly. She was a total professional but made me feel like family. It is a pretty unique skill.

Katie was truly a pleasure to work with. As first time homebuyers who lived outside of CT, we were nervous about the process but Katie made everything a breeze. We were incredibly impressed by her professionalism and extensive knowledge of the local market. Living outside of the area and having busy schedules could have made this a difficult experience, but Katie went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and stay in constant communication throughout our search.
