Katie was an incredible source of knowledge and advice when going through the home buying process. Her friendliness, candor, and positive attitude all went a long way in making our experience excellent. Whenever we had questions, she was always available, even at a moment's notice, to make sure we had all the information and updates we needed. We are now in our dream home and are so glad Katie was with us every step of the way.

Katie was extremely helpful in every step of the selling process. It was an estate. She helped me find services that helped me get the property ready for sale. I also had a long process with probate court. She helped me understand that process. I was a complete novice, and the lawyer was not very clear. Any question I had, she either knew the answer or got back to me quickly. She was a total professional but made me feel like family. It is a pretty unique skill.

Katie was truly a pleasure to work with. As first time homebuyers who lived outside of CT, we were nervous about the process but Katie made everything a breeze. We were incredibly impressed by her professionalism and extensive knowledge of the local market. Living outside of the area and having busy schedules could have made this a difficult experience, but Katie went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and stay in constant communication throughout our search. In a time that can be very stressful, we felt completely at-ease at all times working with Katie. She made our experience very enjoyable and we would not hesitate to recommend Katie’s services to anyone who is in the market for a new home.
