What made Lois standout and automatically fall in love with her , is the fact that she was so knowledgeable about the structure of the houses and she didn’t allow me to settle for anything. She worked in the best interest of my family. She obviously negotiated very well for me that the previous owner left notes for my fiancé because Lois told her he is very hands on . Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. It was a pleasure walking through houses with her, in part because I never had any sense that she was trying to 'sell' a property -- she was fun to note features with and was very clearly there just to work with me to help me find the perfect house for my family's needs.
