What made Lois standout and automatically fall in love with her , is the fact that she was so knowledgeable about the structure of the houses and she didn’t allow me to settle for anything. She worked in the best interest of my family. She obviously negotiated very well for me that the previous owner left notes for my fiancé because Lois told her he is very hands on .
