Jennifer is 15 out of 10! She has exceptional market knowledge and is our family's realtor. Jennifer's expertise in the Greater New Haven market was evident from our first meeting. She detailed the entire house buying process, including market trends, helped us understand the best time. She is also our go to expert for help with recommendations and trusted contacts for everything in the market. In addition to helping us buy our house, she introduced us to our mortgage broker who significantly changed our purchase timeline and allowed us to close early. Throughout our home-buying process, Jennifer was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, kept us informed about every development and when we text her for a question or an update she responds in less than 2 minutes. Over the years of working with Jennifer, she isn't just our realtor, she has became our trusted guide through the home-buying process. Jennifer's genuine care and dedication to our journey made an overwhelming process feel easy. We truly appreciate Jennifer's guidance and recommend her to all our friends and family.

Jenn was an absolute gem to work with, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Ever since we first met, she has been punctual, super responsive (literally any time in the day), and responsible. She was friendly yet professional, and she has great knowledge and connections throughout Connecticut due to her years of experience. It was my first time buying a home and she heard my needs/wants, and she was great at setting up appointments, offering real advice, and getting us through to the end of closing! She was also very strategic throughout the whole process and I really appreciated her reaching out to check on us even after closing day. I'd recommend her any day, and I'll be coming back to her when it's time to sell our home.
