Jane completed a thoughtful and comprehensive analysis of the market and presented a reasonable starting price for our home. She organized two open houses and offered to do more opens to promote the house. She has a lot of experience and deep knowledge of the greater Monroe market. We sold the home within a reasonable timeframe and Jane was very helpful regarding the logistics of closing and taking care of last minute issues like having the driveway plowed and collecting and returning the cable modem after closing, as we were no longer residing in Connecticut.
