Both my Family and I have worked with Elisha on several occasions on both the buying and selling side. She is always ready to go and ready to win! This property is actually one that she helped me secure an approved offer on months prior to purchasing before the seller pulled out the first time. As soon as it came back on the market, she was prepared to quickly make the offer and secure us the deal ( for a second time). Working with her is easy, pleasurable and she has never once pressured any of us into making an offer that was not advantageous to us. She is truly there to make sure you have a stress free time securing the best property, at the best rate. She uses creative negotiation skills and is on top of communication with the realtor, appraiser and everyone needed to make a deal happen and close it as quickly as possible! Will always reach out to Elisha when in need to sell or purchase!

Where other realtors fell short, Eliesha got me the most money for my property. She always picked up my calls and helped me throughout the process. She even pointed out some rehab that definitely increased the value of the property.

Elisha was prepared before court date and helped me be able to sell my house which others contradicted. It was a long journey from preparing for sale and sale 4 plus month's later. She personally helped in the preparations and house sold at asking price. Through ups and downs with buyers and my anxiety she was there till the end. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and especially patient with my emotions of selling and not knowing where I was going next. New start, new beginnings for me and I am grateful for her help and direction. Thank you
