Ellen Zern was a fantastic Real Estate Agent. She listened to what I was looking for and went one step further. I was looking for a small rental but she was able to find a condo for purchase at a below market price. I fell in love with the surroundings immediately. She suggested a price offer based on the work that needed to be done on the unit. The deal went through within a day. I am also in love with the idea that it leaves a lot of room "to make it mine".

After listing at a price we thought was pretty aggressive, we accepted a CASH offer at that asking price 5 DAYS LATER! The offer also included terms that would COUNTER other offers by $1000 up to $25,000 ABOVE asking price. Luis certainly read our market better than we could! Luis also saved us a lot of work by knowing we did not need to kill ourselves with refinishing walls, trim and floors, knowing that new owners have their own preferences.
